How it works
- Add workers and the date each check was issued – expiry is calculated from editable renewal rules
- The dashboard shows the next 10 things due
- On audit day, print the dashboard plus a worker file cover sheet for each sampled worker
What free templates miss
- A risk-assessed worker with no Worker Screening Check goes red
- Leavers are kept for 7 years but stop counting
- Renewals keep history (Superseded tick)
- 'Working on application' shown amber with the conditions that allow it
- Dropdowns refuse typos; dates are validated
