Terms and refunds

Short version: you're buying a digital file for your own use. If it's faulty or not what was described, you'll get it fixed or your money back.

What you're buying

Every product on this site is a digital download (PDF, spreadsheet or dashboard file). Nothing physical is sent. Files are delivered by Payhip straight after checkout and by email.

Refunds

Because files can't be returned once downloaded, I don't offer refunds for change of mind. You are always entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, doesn't match its description, or isn't fit for the purpose it was sold for. If that happens, email hello@pageandplanstudio.com with your order email and I'll replace the file or refund you.

Using the files

• Use them yourself and in your own business, as often as you like.
• Print as many copies as you need for your own use.
• Please don't resell, share publicly or upload the files to other sites.

Advice

The guides are general education. Money planners are not financial advice, and the NDIS tracker is a record-keeping tool, not legal or compliance advice. AI tools change often; the guides note when features depend on a plan, device or region. Always check AI output before you rely on it.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and are charged once. Payment is processed by Payhip and its payment providers.
